At the Y, we are dedicated to addressing the most pressing needs in our community through our focus areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Whether it’s offering a safe And nurturing environment for young people, encouraging healthy habits for people of all ages, or reaching out to neighbors in need, we rely on the generous donations of people like you to make this possible.
Every dollar donated directly supports financial assistance and subsidized programs, keeping our community strong.
Meeting Critical Needs
The YMCA Annual Campaign plays a crucialrole in expanding opportunities and access to those in our community who need it most. This year the Y is working hard to:
- Increase Our Impact by expanding teen programming to serve our most vulnerable youth.
- Increase Our Reach by growing partnerships with local businesses to increase access to invest in employee health and wellness.
- Open Our Doors to serve more children in our programs teaching valuable skills and building confidence, friendships and healthy habits.
Your Donation Makes Our Community Strong
- $150 Allows 3 children the opportunity to play a season of sports.
- $300 Provides a full session of swim lessons for a class of 5 children.
- $500 Provides 4 children with a year of membership at the Salina Family YMCA.
- $750 Gives a child 5 memorable weeks of summer camp.
- $1500 Allows a child to attend all 10 weeks of summer camp
