Benefits include:

- Part-time: free individual membership, up to 25% discount on many Y programs including childcare
- Full-time: free family membership, up to 50% discount on many Y programs including childcare, PTO (Paid time off), Health and dental insurance available (the Y pays a minimum of 75%), Vision, Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance. Supplemental insurance opportunities are also available through a community partner.
- All YMCA employees that work a minimum of 1,000 hours in each of two years are enrolled in the YMCA retirement program where our Y contributes 8% of your salary per pay check. Additional 403b account opportunities are also available for all staff.
